WAIVER AGREEMENT *

(“Participant”) desires to use the facilities located at 1425 Tamarack Drive, Long Lake, Minnesota 55356 (the “Facilities”) for the purpose of riding their horse or horses, to include, but not limited to, schooling, hacking, taking lessons and clinics and related use of all arenas, other riding areas, stalls, ties and wash stall. Participant acknowledges the inherent risks which are involved in riding and working around horses. These risks may include, but are not limited to, damage to personal property, illness, bodily injury, trauma or death resulting from falling or while riding or being in close proximity to horses. Participant further understands that both horse and rider can be injured in the normal course of events while handling the horse, hacking, schooling, competing or partaking in a riding lesson or clinic, and therefore agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all legal owners and all management personnel of the Facilities and further release them from any liability or responsibility for any accident, injury, damage or death to the Participant or any property or horse the Participant owns, or to any family member or spectator accompanying the Participant while using the Facilities. Further, in the event that Participant desires to use the Facilities to ride or handle a horse that is not owned by Participant, Participant further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of said horse (the “Owner”) and further releases the Owner from any liability or responsibility for any accident, injury, damage or death to the Participant or any property the Participant owns, or to any family member or spectator accompanying the Participant while using the Facilities for such purpose. By typing your name below, you are signing this Agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Agreement. By typing your name you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement's terms and conditions.
